5.5 days a week Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Half day on Saturday/Sunday (WFH) Benefits: Medical and Dental benefits Employee discount 14 days of Annual Leave Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Responsibilities: MAIN ROLE: BOOK PATIENTS INTO THE CLINIC. Respond and follow-up to consumer inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media. Manage a large amount of queries in a fast-paced workplace. Book patients in the clinic. Utilization of the Clinical Management System Providing customers with information about dental procedures. Establish trusting relationships through open and interactive conversation. Identify and assess patient requirements to ensure satisfaction. Greet customers and understand their problem or purpose for contacting. Collaborate with the customer service manager to guarantee effective service delivery. Generate basic reports on patient bookings and follow-up.
