**The Role**
**Job description**
I am looking to kickstart a new customer success and growth unit at Nubela. Customer success and growth refer to two things.
- Providing excellent support to existing customers.
- Reaching out to prospective customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Getting new customers and providing customer support requires good product knowledge, technical expertise, and an understanding of customer problems.
- So that we can provide good help when we can. This role will begin as customer support and ultimately progress to an outbound sales outreach role.
- Our customers are primarily based in the US. Our HQ is based in Singapore. You are expected to speak good English and work in the US time zone.
- There will also be times when I expect you to be in Singapore for training, so I expect you to live in Johor Bahru.
**Ideal Profile**
Skills Required:
- Tech customer support with progression to an outbound sales role
- Work in the **US time zone**:
- Able to learn basic technical knowledge like making an API call
- Be able to live in Johor Bahru and travel to Singapore occasionally
- Have a neutral English accent
- Salary: Based on your experience and capabilities.
