**Key Responsibilities**: - Work in partnership with the Singapore onshore CGW head and leadership team to shape and define the business strategy around digitalizing the business model, accelerating client-led profitable growth across the franchise, and drive scale. - Partner with the Singapore onshore leadership team to drive and ensure disciplined and flawless execution across key strategic priorities. - Manage the operating rhythm of Singapore Onshore head (e.g., agenda setting and coordination of regularly occurring meetings, follow ups, and tracking of key priorities). - Support the overall communication needs for the Singapore Onshore head, including coordinating meetings, regulators meetings, board meetings including the CSL strategy day, and select meetings, developing related agendas and presentations and summarizing meeting minutes and tracking of follow ups - Help organize commitments such as presentations to the Asia leadership team and other stakeholders, country visits, and other internal engagements - Conduct financial, market and/or organizational research as needed to define goals and opportunities - Formulate and shepherd cross-franchise initiatives, programs from conception to completion - Manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives and projects, particularly those that require cross-franchise coordination. - Assist and/or lead initiatives and special projects critical to the direction of business. **Knowledge/Experience/Technical skills**: - 10+ years of management experience in consumer financial institutions - Business manager mindset, with proven track record of results - Transaction management and execution skills (distribution or M&A) valued - Product and banking business economic dynamics - Strong project leadership and management - Multi-market experience in a multi-national organization preferred - Pragmatic problem solver, forward thinker with independence of thought - Prior consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy & business development experience valued **Personal Skills**: - Franchise playerbroad, critical thinker with the ability to effectively leverage the capabilities of the organization to meet business priorities - Outstanding people leadership skills and self-motivated - Ability to engage and influence across a wide range of stakeholders - Be forward compatible; adaptable, bold, collaborative, curious, determined & empathetic - Create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners and external constituencies - Flexible, self-aware leadership style - Strong communication skills, including presentations and written communications - Good sense of humor - **Job Family Group**: Business Strategy, Management & Administration - **Job Family**: Strategy & Development - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
