**Position Overview**
The Account Manager maintains and grows relationships with existing large and multi-site customers, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal. The AM is expected to retain existing business, while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts. The AM is responsible for selling and supporting DN’s complete product and service offering to an assigned set of named accounts. The AM’s most important customer interactions are face-to-face meetings with clients to provide, educate and promote the business through presentations, and other account analysis.
The AM is responsible for achieving an assigned sales and profitability goal. He or She works closely with sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
**Responsibilities**:
- Penetrates assigned accounts by:
- Selling new or additional products or services to current accounts; and/or
- Finding additional opportunities with other Business Units within the existing accounts.
- Sells the firm’s complete offering of products and services.
- Leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery.
- Achieves assigned sales quota and meets assigned expectations for profitability
- Establishes customer account plans that meet company standards in all assigned accounts.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
- Effectively collaborate with presales, consulting and project delivery group
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
- Minimum BA/ BS required.
- Minimum 6 years of experience selling solutions
- Skilled in contract negotiation
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding measurable sales goals
- Experience communicating with technical and business solutions audiences
- Experience identifying business organizational structures and buying influences
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership skills and must be self-motivated.
- Willing to travel in short notice
- Must have proven and successful sales experience at managing resources and complex, multi-dimensional sales efforts, both at the customer level and corporate environment.
- Ability to assemble and present effective sales presentations at the C-Level is a requirement.
- Ability to travel up to 30% is a must.
