**Summary**
As an Account Manager, you will run the ground in Singapore, driving market growth through activation, management, and retention of accounts onboarded by our Business Development team or network partners. You will take ownership of these relationships from day one, and help them understand the game-changing value of our technology. This role is a key member of our growth engine, and the primary responsibilities revolve around building and developing relationships through strategic and tactical initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop a trusted relationship with merchants and suppliers, act as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of partnered suppliers in onboarding/activating new merchants and answering high severity requests or issue escalations
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our product and technology according to our partnered suppliers’ needs and objectives
- Aggressively activate and retain our user base by experimenting new and creative initiatives on the ground
- Drive quick adoption by analysing behaviors, and develop initiatives to increase engagement on-platform
- Work across functions to tailor specific needs (e.g. customized reporting, training support, integrations)
- Provide feedback and analysis to management that will help us improve product, strategy, and processes - you're the eyes and ears of what's happening on the ground
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in account management, customer success, or business development
- Fluent written/verbal communication in English and Mandarin
- Can-do attitude, crazy hustle, ability to get things done
- Ambitious, competitive personality, not afraid of rejection
- Love to talk to people and build relationships, great communication skills
- Self-motivation and an enjoyment for a startup environment, including a thick skin and the ability to deal just as well with the hard days as the good days
- Bonus: Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry
