As an Accountant at Monx, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial health. This position involves full-spectrum financial responsibilities, from preparing and managing accounts to ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. You will be part of a dynamic team that helps streamline accounting processes and ensures accurate and timely reporting. **Salary**: SGD 4,500 - 6,500
**Experience**: 5-10 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and prepare full sets of financial and management accounts.
- Handle timely and accurate closing, consolidating, and preparation of monthly accounts.
- Prepare compliance reports, XBRL, and manage all accounts-related transactions, including trade and non-trade payments, receipts, and staff reimbursements.
- Prepare, file, and submit quarterly GST/WHT returns.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors as required.
- Prepare and file ECI, tax returns, and handle other tax matters.
- Provide analysis, recommendations, and implement improvements for accounting processes and procedures.
- Manage corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations and employee records.
- Process payroll according to MOM regulations and manage CPF contributions and IR8A forms.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy with 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance management.
- Must be professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- Members of ISCA, AIA, or ICA is a must.
- Knowledge of ACCPAC and Xero accounting systems.
- Familiarity with ACRA filing procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
