**Your Responsibilities**:
**IT Support**:

- Provide first-level and second-level IT support for internal users across different locations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate technical teams when necessary.
- Support the rollout of IT updates, patches, and hardware replacements.
- Maintain clear documentation of support cases and solutions.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Conduct basic user training and provide guidance on IT best practices.

**Pre-Sales Support**:

- Prepare demos and presentations for potential clients, showcasing solutions.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to develop tailored solutions.
- Assist with technical aspects of sales proposals.
- Collaborate with development teams on proof of concept implementations.

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum Diploma Holder or Higher Nitec with education in IT or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in IT support or a helpdesk environment is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to support international teams.
