**What you will do**:

- Overall in charge to monitor, manage and control all shipments and deliveries to site. All shipments and delivery shall be tracked closely.
- To co-ordinate closely with forwarder to ensure goods are pickup on time at vendors’ premises (country of origin), ship out on time and to arrive site on time.
- To manage all shipping matters with overseas vendors and appointed forwarder, ensure all important shipping related information are capture and included in the POs to the vendors.
- Co-ordinate with vendors on issuance of shipping invoices, packing list and other required shipping docs.
- Co-ordinate with site team to ensure crane (where required), manpower and space are available prior to site delivery.
- Assist site team on all logistic related matters
- Support purchase of office stationery, pantry items, photocopier servicing etc.
- Will be manage delivery of some 300 40’ containers for the project.

**What we look out for**:

- Minimum 5 year experience in project shipping and logistic
- Diploma or university degree
- Ability to work independently
- Responsible and diligent in monitoring and following up on given tasks until completion
