He/she is also responsible to see orders (in and out) to completionWe are looking for an experienced Logistics Assistant to join our operation function based in Singapore.As the Logistic Assistant, you will: Perform daily checks on MHE and housekeeping Perform stock transfer / system transaction Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with. Perform system receipt of cargo Validate documentation and escalate non-conformities. Identify operational shortfall and escalate Perform Stocktakes and cycle counts. Ensure discrepancies are reported Perform outbound operations and ensure order accuracy of stocks leaving warehouse. Ensure safety of personnel in warehouseQualificationsAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will need: Forklift License (good to have) Able to carry weight of 20kg Warehouse operation experience Open to work at 50 Alps Ave, Sandvik Building, Singapore 498482Open to shift work below: Shift 1 - Mon
