LOGISTICS ASSISTANT

- Minimum GCE ‘O level preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office-Excel & office
- Handle operation for import or export shipment and prepare necessary documentations Monitor shipment and ensure receipt of shipping documents
- Liaising with Shipping line/forwarder - booking of containers, checking of vessel schedule
- Data entry using in-house system.
- Coordinate with transporters for trucking of containers
- Submission of Inward list to barge operator for portnet declaration.
- Liaising with Indonesia's counterpart on container issues.
- Submission of Loading Confirmation reports to shipping liners/freight forwarders
- VGM (Verified Gross Mass) - Submission to shipping liner’s online platform
- The issue work order to external and internal contractors
- Verify billings from shipping line and contractor invoice
- Handle any other ad-hoc/administrative duties
- Good IT knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Possess initiative and ability to work independently
