**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
1 Lead role-Invoicing, Interface and Receipting
2 Key contributor for the upcoming new billing system
3 CMS\NABS\NBS\SAP Interface
No error and completeness in uploading of interface of data (invoice and/or receipt and/or deposit) generated in NABS/CMS/Mecom into SAP
4 SAP Invoice Posting for Corporate and Utilities entities (including CMS\NABS\NBS invoice)
5 Work with internal and external auditors by providing accurate information to ensure efficient completion of audit engagement
6 Manual reconciliation of AR Aging report, customer deposit, AR related report and Invoice cycle report
7 Monthly and Quarterly Management Reporting including Interested Party transaction
8 Expected Credit Loss computation
9 Receipts Application
10 Customer Creation and extension
11 Check GST output tax every quarter\month

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Technical skills include:

- Prior experience in working with the SAP ERP system would be advantageous

Generic skills include:

- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Keen analytical mind, Meticulous and pays attention to details
- Independent, driven and resourceful team player with the ability to multi-task.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
