General Admin Assistant Clerk

**Job Scope**:
- Handles inventory / stock take / goods returns
- Handles online sales
- Filing & data entry
- Invoicing / DO / PO / Order processing
- Practice good customer service to attend to incoming calls and messages (Wats App / Social Media). Make courtesy calls to customers
- Promoting products at roadshows on Weekends (very occassionally).
- Perform general operations and administration functions and other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time-to-time.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years in relevant experiences, preferably in food factory or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication in both spoken and writing Eng.lish is a must.
- Polite and friendly personality is a must.
- Fast learner, accurate, committed, positive mindset, self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Be prepared to accept flexible CNY leaves arrangement.
- Be prepared to liaise with production team and customers who DOES NOT speak English.
- Be prepared to liaise with merchandising team who speaks ONLY English.
- Include your knowledge of languages in resume.
- Efficient in MS Office, Social Media (FB & IG) and UBS invoicing software.
**Salary**: From $1,800.00 per month
