Description
- To provide excellent customer service to guest in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring guests a pleasant dining experience
- Facilitate a welcoming and hospitable guest experience at the bar. Manage flow and maximise seating capacity of bar during peak hours
- Follow up on any service recovery when required, ensure service standards and processes are observed to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction when dining
- Maintain day to day outlet cleanliness
- Perform general inventory management and equipment maintenance duties
- Work together with other team members to provide good quality service
- Assist in dishwashing duties and runner duties as and when required
- Manage e-shop orders
- Any other suitable task as and when assigned by the Bar Manager
