The Bar Supervisor is overall responsible for the day to day operations of the bar in the outlet and directly oversees the Bartenders work. The Bar Supervisor will be expected to act as an ambassador of the brand and must project professionalism, integrity and expertise to the public and fellow colleagues.

The Bar Supervisor is required to have excellent verbal, written and non-verbal communication skills and maturity to ensure a strong and cohesive working environment at all times.

**Administrative Duties.**
- Placing orders of beverage items.
- To monitor Inter-bar transfers of items to different outlets.
- To perform and compile Inter-bar transfers of items to different outlets weekly with the Cluster Managers approval.
- To transfer stock between outlets to cut down on purchases.
- To be fully conversant with the POS’s back end operations and set up.
- To be fully conversant with Microsoft Office and be able to prepare spreadsheets.
- Arrange for repair or replacement of any faulty electrical bar equipment or other operating equipment relevant to the bar.

**General**
- Gather feedback on beverage quality from our guests. Collate the findings for weekly briefings.
- Control beverage costs, bar efficiency and quality output.
- To assist in resolving any customer service related complaint that may arise during the operation of the bar and engage with the customer to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
- To cultivate a good working relationship with suppliers based on professionalism and integrity.
- Aim to develop at least 5 standard cocktails that will be recognized as a feature of the Timbre Group in conjunction with the Outlet Manager.
- Develop a new cocktail list every 6 months.

**Event Management**
- Ensure good execution of beverage requirements for private and outdoor catering events in conjunction with the Event Management Executive.

**Financial**
- To monitor monthly beverage wastage, spillage and entertainment consumption records.
- Ensure that all invoices are collated correctly and submitted to finance in a timely manner.
