Bar Supervisor

Opening and closing of the bar. Bar operations, including ordering, preparation and inventory. Mix cocktails / house specialties and prepare beverages including coffee etc. Assist other team players to ensure the sequence of service. Assist manager in the efficient running of the day to day bar operations. Assist in stock take and upkeep stock inventory. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Customer-service oriented personality. Proactive, friendly and pleasant characteristics. Efficient interaction level and proficient in English language. Good communication skills and a team player. Self-motivated with positive working attitude
- 1~2 years’ experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage.Manage bar and kitchen staffMaintain all juice bar supplies and the juice bar areaPrepare food items for salad barEnsure smooth running of the barDevelop special bar events and tournamentsPerform snack bar opening and closing dutiesOversee bar area in an effort to maintain acceptable bar costs and cleanlinessSet up and break down barEnsure daily cleaning of the bar areaSweep and mop bar floor after shiftAssist sales personnel in sourcing bar productsFeature seasonal products at the coffee barSitting at the bar inviting and funProduce all required food products for a salad barManaging the bar/lounge operations of the hotelReplenish all alcohol and supplies in the bar areaMaintain bar and equipment inventories, and keep inventory recordsOversee the bar display to maximize functionality and attractivenessEnsure the security and proper storage of liquor bar inventory, and equipmentProvide direction to all bar employees on the floor during shifts and events
