As a Mortgage Specialist, you will be responsible for the growth of SingCapital mortgage business while providing Advisory and Solutions to meet the financing needs of customers. You will be provided opportunities to be stationed at private roadshow events for deeper engagement with our business partners. You will identify and maximise sales opportunities, and also proactively build and manage long-term customer relationships with an emphasis on good after-sales service.

This role encompasses engagement via communications with potential business partners. Progressively you will establish your sales network through regular contact with your referral sources. A strong emphasis is placed on sales’ integrity and ability to follow the correct procedure and company’s policies.

You will be able to work independently or as a team and take charge of your own time to plan for sales presentations to potential customers and progressively build referral base of your very own through regular contact with your referral sources.

**Job Requirements**
- Have keen interest in Home Loan and Commercial Property Loan.
- With emphasis on accurately profiling customers' needs, you will actively promote home loans / commercial loans to the customers through partnerships and referral by agents, lawyers and developers.
- You will identify and maximize sales opportunities, and will also proactively build and manage long-term customer relationships as well as provide good after-sales service.

**Qualifications**
- A recognised University Degree/Local Diploma
- Possess great work attitude, coupled with good customer service skills and a high degree of initiative
- Love meeting people and delivering sound advice
- Easily communicate difficult financial terms in a straightforward and succinct manner
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
