We’re looking for an ambitious and results-oriented **Mortgage Team Leader** to spearhead our growing team of junior brokers.

**Key Responsibilities**

As the **Mortgage Team Leader**, you will:

- **Leadership & Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior mortgage brokers to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide guidance to improve sales skills, mortgage calculations, and client engagement.
- **Mortgage Loan Advisory**:

- Calculate and structure tailored mortgage loan packages for clients based on their financial needs and goals.
- Stay updated on the latest mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
- **Business Development & Partnerships**:

- Build strong relationships with property consultants and secure business acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with real estate professionals to identify and engage high-potential clients.
- **Corporate Trade Facility Referrals**:

- Identify opportunities to refer corporate trade facilities through our exclusive banking partnerships.
- Collaborate with banking partners to deliver customized trade financing solutions to corporate clients.
- Earn monetary rewards for successful corporate referrals, adding a unique dimension to your role.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Deliver exceptional service to clients by understanding their needs and providing transparent, professional advice.
- Ensure a seamless client journey, from initial consultation to loan approval and disbursement.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies in mortgage and corporate facility transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of team performance, client interactions, and business development activities.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in mortgage advisory, brokerage, or related financial services.
- A track record of closing mortgage cases as an individual, aspiring to be a mortgage team lead
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan structuring, and the property market.
- Familiarity with corporate trade facilities and banking partnerships (is an advantage but not required).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
