A new open Omakase restaurant, a direct branch from Ginza, Tokyo.
**Job Descriptions**
- Prepare and present traditional Omakase dishes and sushi with precision and artistry, adhering to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative and trend-setting recipes while staying true to Japanese culinary traditions.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen during lunch (12:00-14:30) and dinner (18:00-22:30) service hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Continuously improve your knowledge and skills in Japanese cuisine, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques.
**Job Requirements**
- 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Proficiency in crafting traditional Omakase dishes and sushi with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- A passion for Japanese culinary traditions and the ability to deliver an authentic dining experience to our guests.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the culinary team.
- High motivation, dedication, and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Availability to work on weekdays and Saturdays
**Working hours**
- 6 days work week
- Operating hour : 12:00-14:30, 18:00-22:30
