**Primary Responsibilities**
- The Program Assistant will assist with the coordination and delivery of CIEE student activities and events including; airport arrivals, orientation, farewells, logistics of study tours, and extra-curricular activities.
- Assist the Academic team as required in support of co-curricular activities.
- Coordinate student volunteer opportunities, cultural and social activities and student interest groups.
- Provide general administrative and office support for the Student Life team and wider Global Institute network.
- Support student accommodation orientation as required on arrival and ensure compliance with HSS procedures and compliance.
- Ensuring proficient and timely reporting of student cases to management, including timely reporting in Salesforce for incidents.
- Other duties as directed.
**Requirements**:
- Education - Tertiary qualifications; or relevant experience working in a higher education institution environment.
- Experience - coordinating and delivering student experience and community engagement initiatives.
- Communication —excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
