**You'll make a difference by**:

- **Develop content strategy**: Create and implement a robust content plan aligned with company objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines, managing content creation, editing, and production timelines.
- ** Craft multi-channel content**:Produce and curate compelling content for social media, including paid media, internet, and intranet to drive brand awareness, attract visitors to owned channels, and generate leads.
- **Ensure brand consistency**: Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all corporate communications.
- **Analyze performance & advise on strategy**:Monitor and analyze content and digital marketing performance metrics such as paid campaign, website traffic, engagement, and conversions to provide data-driven recommendations and strategic consultancy, ensuring an integrated approach across all audiences and channels.
- **Manage digital campaigns & communications**: Oversee online and social media communications, including community management, and lead project management for digital marketing and social media campaigns covering concept, execution, budgeting, and agency management.
- **Support diverse initiatives**: Provide support for ad-hoc tasks including onsite event management, hybrid meetings/webinar production, CSR, and employee engagement activities.

**You'll win us over by**:

- **Relevant Experience**:Bring 3 to 5 years of experience in digital communication, marketing, or a digital agency environment.
- **Academic background**: Hold a Diploma/Degree in Communication, Journalism, Media, Online Marketing, or an equivalent field.
- **Content & digital strategy expertise**:Possess strong expertise in content marketing, digital media strategy, and demand/lead generation.
- **Analytical & optimization mindset**:Able to interpret data and metrics, understand content marketing trends, audience segmentation, and persona development for content optimization.
- **Strong communication & adaptability**: Exhibit excellent communication including creative writing and presentation skills, strong organizational skills; self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively across cultures.
