The Digital Content, Senior Specialist oversees the content operations and authoring process of Tiffany websites within South Asia Pacific as well as the project management for the A/B testing and optimization program. This is a highly cross-functional role working with local and regional teams. The role will report to the eCommerce Manager, South Asia Pacific and work closely with Communications, PR, Client Relations at a regional and local level and with Omni Channel teams at the global and local level.

**Responsibilities
- Oversee Content Operations, strategy and execute site updates when necessary. Be responsible for:

- Receiving campaign content from Digital Creative team and building it in the CMS (Content Management System)
- Partnering with Content Briefers to understand local needs and execute regional variations of content
- Working with Project Management team to route content for translations and local feedback
- Collecting and implementing QA feedback from cross-functional partners
- Thorough content QA to ensure a high-quality user experience
- Rolling out and publishing content live to site
- Implementing post-launch optimizations and changes
- Responsible for ensuring the regional and local teams’ needs are represented in project timelines and for hitting agreed upon launch dates
- Prioritize project publication dates based on urgency and or impact to site
- Identify site and digital product defects and work with IT to prioritize and test fixes
- Work with the Digital Product Management team on enhancements to the authoring experience to increase team efficiency
- Surface opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Oversee A/B Testing and Optimization project management, including:

- Managing calendar of tests and optimizations
- Managing timelines and deliverables for each item
- Managing agenda for weekly meeting Surfacing opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes

**Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in eCommerce or website operations
- Familiar with various content management systems and authoring tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience with project management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented self-starter with excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- High-performing individual and team contributor
