- Handle call and message, online inquiries
- Explain the terms and conditions of contract to customers
- Schedule appointments for clients

**Requirements**:

- No experience required, training provided.
- English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Strong communication skills
- Strong friendly and professional customer service skills
- Good team player who is driven, proactive and possess a positive attitude
