**Role Overview**:
As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing partnerships with key stakeholders, including technology integrators, solution providers, and consulting firms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive mutual value and accelerate our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance our product offerings and market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals and ensure seamless integration of partner solutions.
- Drive joint marketing and sales efforts, including co-marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, and sales enablement activities.
- Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in partnership management, preferably within the enterprise architecture or business process modelling space.
- Previous business development experience is highly regarded also.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with external partners.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture concepts and software solutions is a plus.
