**Finance Business Partner, Asia**

Our Asia technology function consist of teams spanning across solutions, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, product management, user experience, data, engineering and operations. With increasing investment into various technology projects, we are looking for a proactive Finance Business Partner to establish quantifiable analysis indicators, track the results, optimize indicators according to the implementation situation, and improve overall financial efficiency for the Asia technology function.

**In this role we expect you to**

**Lead financial and accounting activities**
- Manage all financial reporting related to actuals, forecasts, and budgeting for the Asia technology team; with an emphasis on accurate recording of CAPEX and OPEX for tech projects and operations.
- Be involved in regular planning & budgeting exercises following the strategic planning cycle.
- Initiate improvements in monthly reporting through additional analysis and/or efficient financial reporting process.

**Be a trusted advisor to the Asia tech leadership team**
- Develop management decks with key financial insights, trends and recommendations for the leadership team. This includes suggesting potential savings, optimising return on investment and better visibility of project costs.
- Work closely with the Asia Tech leadership team to ensure investment proposals are aligned with their business objectives.
- Manage pre and post event tracking of projects carried out by the business, and provide instant and effective financial information for the smooth completion of the project.

**We would love to hear from you if you have**
- At least 5 years of accounting, data processing, financial tracking & analysis and/or finance business partnering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other equivalent discipline.
- Strong domain knowledge and expertise in information technology.
- Strong commercial acumen coupled with core business skills including influencing, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a rapidly changing environment and comfortable proposing, justifying, initiating, and implementing change.
