We are hiring on behalf of our Client, they develop, market, and offer a full range of security solutions that provide customers with the best responses to meet challenges - from optical laminates to complete document personalization, as well as authentication through software and mobile smart devices for traceability.
**Job Descriptions:
Directly reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director of the Secure Components SBU and will be under Bank Noted Division. The **_Sales Manager Asia _**will be responsible for selling the company's brand products in Asia Pacific, and represent the company's brand on the banknote market, in order to develop the banknote segment.
- Develop the sales in the region
- Define and run the commercial development plan in the region
- Prepare the sales budget for the region with the Commercial Director, and deliver the order taking commitment and the sales numbers.
- Handle commercial and contractual discussions, until the contract is signed
- Drive a project or Key Account approach, evaluate the potential, establish partnerships - and manage a network of business partners, business providers and advisers.
- Understand the challenges and the needs of the banknote market in the region
- Promote the salient strengths of the company in the banknote ecosystem in the region
- Identify and target potential clients in each market (“market intelligence”)
- Identify opportunities, manage the target accounts thoroughly and their ecosystem, map out processes and decision channels
- Develop a large network of business contacts (customers, agents, partners) in the universe of central banks, security printers and equipment manufacturers) be the lead in handling tenders and RFQ internally.
- Team up with the technical project managers in order to participate and add value in designing the offers.
- Manage and grow the customers portfolio
**Job Requirements**:
- Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in selling solutions or complex projects internationally, directly to large accounts / central banks / or companies selling banknote security solutions.
- Technical knowedge of fiduciary product a must
- Experience of Asia market and B2G sales and dealing with cental banks
- A strong appetite for sales development, with proven tenacity and determination
- Good presentation skills, natural leadership, and the gravitas required to handle discussions with high level officials and executives
- Good command of English is required while other languages like Mandarin and French are appreciated.
