We are looking for a passionate and professional Operations Lead to join our Wagering Control team to ensure racing events are created promptly and accurately in the Betting Control Management System (BMCS) to enable the sales of bets.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Assistant Manager, the Operations Lead will have day-to-day responsibility of executing pre-raceday operations.

**What You'll Do**
- You will need to execute pre-raceday operations such as events creation/loading of meetings in BMCS, corporate website, Web Portal and IWIN to ensure sales of bets can be commenced.
- You will need to coordinate with overseas partners on materials required for events creation/loading of meetings to ensure racing information required for events creation/loading of meetings in BMCS are received timely.
- You will need to housekeep racing information and totalisator statistics in department shared storage, corporate website, Web Portal, IWIN and SharePoint to ensure records are retrievable when need arises.
- You will need to assist in the user acceptance tests to ensure system readiness.
- You will need to assist in handling part-timer problems, enquiries and disputes to ensure all staffing issues to be resolved within the department.

**Who You Are**
- You will need a minimum G.C.E. 'A' Level (with credit in English Language). Preferably with Diploma.
- You will need at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably three years of supervisory experience.
- You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You should be confident with computer systems such as MS Word and Excel.
