We are looking for a passionate and professional Executive Officer to join our Wagering Control team.

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will manage the systems operations of Betting Control Centre (BCC) and assist Raceday Manager in ensuring operations readiness for all races.

**What You'll Do**
- You will manage BCC operations including off-site and back-up BCC, recommend and execute immediate course of action in the event of an unforeseen situation or absence of Raceday Manager.
- You will schedule part-timers adequately to ensure sufficient and efficient manpower allocation to operate races.
- You will ensure BCC personnel’s system access are active to ensure accessibility to the system and uninterrupted BCC operations.
- You will coordinate with Product Planning & Development team on event selection for Simulast meetings.
- You will assist in Product Division’s IT projects and perform user acceptance tests and migration for betting systems and equipment, input and out devices and its enhancement.

**Who You Are**
- You will need at least a Degree/Diploma from any recognised University, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics.
- You will need at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- You should be confident with computer systems such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Preferred knowledge in macro and pivot table.
- You will need supervisory skills in handling part timer staff.
- You should have statistical and analytical knowledge with clear business thinking and strategy skills.
- You should be methodical and numerically inclined and be able to derive logical assumption.
