**Roles and Responsibilities**
- To look out for conditions and situations in construction site which causes environmental health problems or are likely to cause environmental health problems and report to the Project Manager of the construction site together with recommendations on remedial measures to be taken to prevent recurrence.
- Implement and monitor environmental, health and safety management systems at worksites.
- Prepare, submit statutory reports and upkeep of document information related to Environmental Control on a regular basis.
- Ensure ECM plan updated regularly in lieu of site changes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that site activities are carried out in compliance with NEA, PUB and other relevant government enforcement agencies’ legal and other requirements.
- Liaise with NEA, relevant authorities and external provider on all environmental issues.
- Participate in project environmental risk assessment, recommend environmental measures and Support in-house environmental initiatives.
- Establish, implement, execute and monitor the Environmental Control Programme.
- Implementation and continuous innovation on Green & Gracious best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Possess Environmental Control Officer Certificate and Earth Control Measures Officer Certificate and registered with IES.
- Registered ECO cum ECMO and registered with NEA and IES.
- Has minimum 2 years of working experience in a construction firm, preferably experience in PUB project requirement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent team spirit, self-motivated, strong technical and results-oriented.
