**Team Coordination**: Communicate daily with pest control technicians to manage schedules, provide job details, and address any operational issues.

**Client Interaction**: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Reporting**: Generate regular reports on operational efficiency, technician performance, and client satisfaction.

**Problem Solving**: Quickly address any issues that arise during operations, finding solutions that maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Admin experience with a good understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) preferably.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on quality service delivery.
