About the role

We are looking for a Pest Control Technician & Driver to join our team at 1STEP Pest Control Services Pte Ltd, based in the Tampines North East Region. This is a full-time position that will involve providing high-quality pest control services to our customers in the local area.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting thorough inspections of customer premises (mainly F&B outlets) to identify pest problems
  • Developing and implementing effective pest control strategies and treatments
  • Applying pesticides and other control methods in a safe and responsible manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of all pest control activities
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Safely operating a company vehicle to travel between job sites

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience as a pest control technician or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of common pests and effective control methods
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A valid driving licence and comfortable operating a commercial vehicle
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
