**Key Tasks/Accountabilities**:

- Providing superior customer service to lounge guests with extensive F&B knowledge and skills to ensure that all service standards are of the highest level
- Support the training & development of staff to enhance performance
- Maintain immaculate grooming standards of all staff
- Understand and respond to customer’s needs expediently and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Ensure the team serving guests in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures
- Responsible for daily supervision, train and inspect the performance of assigned team and ensuring that all policies and procedures are completed to the standard
- Handle staff scheduling, performance as well as any disciplinary matters
- Assist when necessary to ensure optimum service to the guests
- Ability to maintain company’s standards, policies and procedures
- Prioritize and organize work assignments, direct performance of assigned staff and follow up with corrections when needed
- Handle lounge facilities, F&B related inventories, service discrepancies, emergencies, injuries, missing articles, damage and safety hazards
- Any other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 3 years managerial role in service or hospitality industry
- Education background with Diploma or Degree in any field
- Have F&B knowledge and serving background
- Strong leadership and able to handle staff in all levels
- Working experience at the airport is a plus
