**About the Role**

We are seeking a **highly experienced and strategic Sales / Business Growth Lead** to drive transformation in **Data, Analytics, and AI** across multiple industries. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing enterprise accounts, and leading engagements focused on **data modernization, AI solutions, and cloud transformation**.

This is a consultative sales role requiring strong technical appreciation of **AI, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)**, and the ability to engage with **C-level stakeholders** to shape and deliver large-scale transformation programs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive business growth through **consultative sales** of Data, Analytics, and AI solutions.
- Lead proactive and reactive client discussions on **Generative AI** (especially LLMs).
- Promote **AI governance, ethical AI, and responsible AI frameworks**.
- Manage large-scale consulting and program execution engagements in **AI and data transformation**.
- Sell and position **data modernization, cloud migration, and analytics services** on **Azure, AWS, and GCP**.
- Leverage leading visualization tools such as **Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik** to demonstrate data-driven business value.
- Engage with enterprise clients across industries to build trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and proposals articulating business value and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- **15 years of experience** in sales, business development, relationship management, or account growth roles within IT or consulting.
- Proven success selling **data management, analytics, AI, and digital transformation** solutions.
- Experience with **AI solution sales**, including AI governance and ethical AI frameworks.
- Strong exposure to **data and AI solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP** platforms.
- Deep understanding of **data analytics lifecycle** and business value chain integration.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills with ability to engage up to **C-suite level**.
- Strong consultative selling approach and ability to manage complex enterprise deals.
- Knowledge of **modern data architecture, cloud transformation, IoT, AI/ML**, and intelligent automation.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of **enterprise data management**, **data governance**, and **data quality frameworks**.
- Familiarity with **master data management**, **data modernization**, and **cloud migration strategies**.
- Experience driving **digital transformation and modernization** programs.
