Data Analyst – Banking / Fixed Income Join to apply for the Data Analyst – Banking / Fixed Income role at Tap Growth ai . We're seeking a Data Analyst with expertise in Python , R , and financial analytics to drive data-driven decisions in the banking domain, especially Fixed Income . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data models, scripts, and analytical tools using Python or R. Conduct data analysis, data visualization, and quantitative modeling to extract key business insights. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. Present complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Apply domain knowledge in banking and financial markets—especially Fixed Income—to improve analysis accuracy and business relevance. Support data strategy, reporting automation, and business intelligence initiatives. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, data science, or quantitative analysis. Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience in banking, financial analytics, or Fixed Income products preferred. Ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
