**About NETS
The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain.

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 120,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

**Position Summary
The incumbent is responsible for working closely with the project manager in supporting, planning and implementation of terminal projects. He/She is responsible for providing all the necessary help that the team needs to the successfully implement initiatives to enhance merchant’s experience leading to increased terminal usage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of tele-caller and be accountable for their productivity
- Work closely with internal & external stakeholders in ensuring smooth and timely delivery of project
- Involve in testing phases and coordinate for sign-offs which include planning, support user acceptance testing, terminal Live Verification and delivering verification results
- Follow and maintain project schedules that have been set up to operationalize the project
- Work along with the project manager to ensure end-to-end implementation and execution of project roll-out including deployment plan and co-ordination with all (internal and external) stakeholders
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of job instructions and of final work product including standard operating procedures are in place
- Leverage analytics to be able to solve problems, analyze data and make decisions that affect the project on a regular basis
- Coordinate with merchants and vendors to onboard on terminal delivery management

**Requirements**:

- Degree from recognized institution
- Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in project management is an advantage
- Preferably experience in implementation and support to project
- Resourceful, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, structure and able to work independently
- Pro-active and excellent in processes
- Able to co-ordinate well with all stakeholders
- Team player with positive attitude
