**SALES & HEALTH ADVISER**

As a brand ambassador for the luxury health supplement, you will provide excellent customer service experience resulting in sales revenue. Responsible for merchandising and stocking of products, keeping the store neat, clean, and appealing to customers. Working collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly target.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To deliver exceptional customer service based on company’s service mantra, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
- To be the ultimate brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support, assisting customer with their shopping experience.
- Process customer’s purchases, operating the cash register accurately.
- To perform general housekeeping of the store, stocks shelves and merchandise displays.
- Support the operations team in maintaining stock order and assist in cycle count activity.
- Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team.
- Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Complies with all established company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management team.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 1 year experience of retail sales in healthcare and nutrition, wellness and spa or beauty line.
- Able to operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Able to work independently and a good team player.
- To provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Organised, attention to detail and able to multi-task professionally and efficiently.
- To perform general housekeeping duties according to company’s standard.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month

- GCE 'A' Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
