The company is dedicated to providing high-quality health supplement products and aims to empower individuals to live their best and healthiest lives.** **Highlights**: Collaborative team environment Travel allowance and high commission Training provided Medical and Hospitalization benefits Annual leave/Medical leave/Replacement Leave Access to staff prices Long service award **Based across Singapore** - Identify customers’ needs and develop sales strategies to maximize sales growth through execution of marketing and business development strategies to meet monthly sales targets. - Hire, train and manage promoters and sales staff on product and roadshow to collaboratively achieve sales targets and present brand professionally. - Coordinate and participate in sales and marketing activities, such as roadshows, exhibitions or new product launches. - Provide monthly feedback to management, including competitor's activity, products reputation, market trends and customer satisfaction. - Frequent site visits to retailers and pharmacies, etc. To promote products and ensure shelf inventories are sufficient and ensure merchandises’ display contents are current, accurate and aligned to the latest marketing campaigns or promotions. - Carry out any other duties as and when assigned **Requirements**: - Good spoken English and Mandarin - Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT Savvy - Conscientious, responsible, self-driven, good team player and keen to learn - Has passion for health and wellness - GCE "O" level or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or related field is a plus - Willingness to work on weekends or irregular hours based on roadshow schedules.
