**RESPONSIBILITIES**

We are searching for a high energy and talented professional to join the Executive Projects team, to be based in Singapore. The Executive Projects team works closely with Hafnia’s executive management to drive, define and execute Hafnia strategic projects.

You will function as an essential facilitator, providing key support to the Head of the Executive Projects team to ensure satisfying progress on our Strategic Projects and produce relevant reports and communication material for our Board of directors, Leadership Group as well as the entire organization.

The role represents a solid development opportunity as it will provide exposure to key business areas, hands-on opportunities within project management and key reporting to the management, and in all this you will work closely with an experienced fast paced team. Furthermore, the role demands a very strong learning agility, interpersonal skills, and an affinity for being precise, structured and organized.

**The main responsibilities of the PMO & Reporting function under the Executive Projects team will be to provide support on the following tasks:
**Project Management Office**
- Follow the status of strategic projects and ensure key milestones and timeline are met while interacting with the Leadership Group
- Assist project managers on executing project tasks on key strategic projects
- Prepare communication material for stakeholder interactions e.g. steering committees, leadership group meeting and broader stakeholder interactions

**Reporting & Communication material**
- Work closely with Finance and business teams to prepare Monthly Reporting and Quarterly Meeting Material for the Board of Directors
- Plan and prepare material for monthly internal Townhall in collaboration with Leadership Group
- Support the definition and annual assessment of Key Performance Indicators for the Leadership Group

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree from recognised educational institutions or relevant professional certificate
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in project management or within the shipping/maritime industry
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Attention to details is essential
- Structured in ways of working and addressing challenges
- Strong analytical skills with a sense for critical reasoning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adapt to a changing environment
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proficient in IT, including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel etc

**How your typical day looks like**

Your day begins in our Singapore office by meeting your team and having breakfast and coffee, while ramping up for a busy morning with colleagues from around the globe eager for your input. You will be involved both in content creation with deep dive in data and analysis but also in making sure our key strategic projects are progressing according to plan. The aim of your job will be to create strong material while making sure we communicate well our progress.
