**About the role;**
As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will be supporting the GTM team to achieve their sales metrics in the most efficient and successful way. A focal point for a range of dashboard building, reporting, sales training and support, problem solving, whilst implementing and streamlining processes, you will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and the wider GTM team to operationalise the Asia strategy. The role will also be a key data enabler, improving the integrity of data within Xero’s CRM (Salesforce) while also extracting and interpreting data from the main data warehouse.
This role provides an exciting opportunity where you can play a role in driving change and gain exposure to a variety of teams across Xero by collaborating and being involved in key projects.
- BAU includes managing targets and commissions, and reporting forecast and actuals
- Build dashboards, own and improve reporting to provide analysis and support stakeholders
- Serve as a point of contact for queries, develop expertise in systems, conduct data clean ups, improve documentation processes, and maintain data integrity
- Implement utilisation and training of Salesforce and be the administrator for the platform
- Build good relationships across business units and global counterparts to work collaboratively and streamline processes
- Conduct analysis by sourcing relevant data and generate insights to help the business grow
- Drive continuous improvement and innovate new ways of doing things for efficiency
- Provide data support in global projects and sales support to the GTM team
**What you'll bring with you;**:
- Experience with data analysis and generating data-driven insights
- Reporting or dashboard building using data visualisation tools e.g. Tableau or Salesforce
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
- Experience in an analyst role or similar field utilising SQL and Salesforce SAQL is preferred preferred
- Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably some statistical/ finance/ accounting knowledge
- High level of detail, confidence working with numbers and strong follow up
- Competent in collating, translating and presenting data findings into insights for business decision makers
- Inclined to efficiency and process improvement
- Collaborate and effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and simultaneously on a broad range of tasks
- Proactive, self-starter and keen interest in cloud technology
