**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Duties:

- Document organization and filing
- Office coordination and meeting arrangements
- General administrative support
- Finance & Accounting Tasks:

- Basic bookkeeping
- Invoice and payment follow-up
- Bank reconciliation
- Assistance with Letters of Credit and trade-related documentation
- Other Duties:

- Ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Min 'O' Level in accountancy or equivalent
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Work Arrangement: Office-based role. Recommended schedule is 3 full days and 2 half days per week, though alternative part-time arrangements may be proposed.
- Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Industry Background: Prior experience in seafood trading and handling Letters of Credit is preferred.

Availability: Immediate start.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
