**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and revitalize a cluster of 8 to 12 retail outlets in Cenral Singapore.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to revitalize the retail cluster.
- Foster collaboration and synergies among cluster team members.
- Implement customer-centric strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience within the cluster and maintain high standard in NPS.
- Involve in developing and implementing effective marketing and branding strategies to position the cluster as a unique shopping destination.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) for the cluster and individual outlets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a bonus)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or cluster management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent in communication, negotiation and networking abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
