**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- In charge of running the operations of the centres in a specific cluster (centre head will be reporting to you)
- Manage and lead a team of teachers in your cluster.
- Work alongside various departments to achieve individual and overall group enrolment targets.
- Conduct training for the teachers in the cluster.
- Conduct market research and assist in sales, marketing and planning of activities and campaigns.
- Liasie and maintian a good relationship with parents.Able to counsel students and staff with behavioral / disciplinary issues.**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Positive disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and results-driven
- Able to work independently
- Familiar with social media platforms and competent in Microsoft Office tools
- Familar with the primary school system.
