To succeed in this role you must be passionate and committed Most importantly, customers obsessedReporting to General Manager, he/she is responsible to the overall Store Operations which includes the following:

- Delivering a high-quality customer service experience in stores. They organize and motivate store staffs, manage NPS, and communicate customer behavioural trends to other departments.
- Delivering store operating revenue and profit budgets
- Leading a team of Store Managers under the cluster
- Recruiting and developing the right people for the team
- Analyse data (Power BI) to identify trends and opportunities
- Monitoring and controlling store expense lines within agreed budgets
- Correct interpretation of our brand's values through staff and store presentation
- Ensuring Visual Merchandising standards are met at all stores
- Working with the Loss Prevention Manager to control shrinkage
- Managing team performance

Core Skills
- Experience in Sales & Operations with a successful track record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel

Others
- Frequent travel around the island to conduct weekly store visits.
- Able to work during weekends and out of normal office hour during importance events.
