Strategic Finance Intern

We’re looking for a **Strategic Finance Intern** to join our Finance team, to advise business strategy from data driven insights.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Assist Finance Team in establishing processes to ensure the consistent and accurate delivery of financial or business analysis, including but not limited to:

- Forecasting performance of the consolidated entity, individual business or regional units.
- Building and maintaining financial models, including inputs, processes and outputs.
- Developing or supporting initiatives to improve the quality of collected data either by optimizing the current operational data collection process, or implementing new tools to drive scalable analysis and insight. Provide weekly/monthly financial reporting to monitor performance of Glints and other emerging businesses units. Work together with the finance team for financial analysis (FP&A) and/or business analysis.

- Support in Group-level Industry Benchmarking exercises and other ad-hoc initiatives including but not limited to:

- Identifying key market drivers for business generation and performance.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Demonstrated evidence to practice financial modeling and projection skills, with prior experience in building or working with financial models (At least, 3 statement models).
- Interest in understanding operational processes to improve quality of analysis.
- Proficiency in financial tools such as Excel, Google Sheet.
