**We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate **Senior Product Designer (UX)**to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric products and experiences that align with our business goals and deliver exceptional value to our users. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to shape our product vision and strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research & Insights**:Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Analyze data and feedback to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
- **Experience Design**:Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate ideas and interactions.
Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital platforms.
Design for accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with product managers to align on product vision, requirements, and business goals.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Partner with stakeholders to advocate for design-led decision-making and user-first solutions.
- **Design Systems & Standards**:Contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
Set and uphold design standards, principles, and best practices across projects.
- **Iteration & Optimization**:Continuously evaluate and improve product design based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results.
Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to the team.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:5+ years of experience as a UX designer, product designer, or similar role.
Proven track record of designing and delivering successful, user-centric digital products.
- **Skills**:Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user research methodologies.
Excellent skills in prototyping and interaction design using tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
Solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
- **Communication**:Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas and decisions effectively.
Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- **Problem-Solving**:A keen eye for detail and a user-first mindset to solve complex design challenges creatively.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
