**Join us as a Senior Product Designer (UX),** where you will be a key member of the Creative team and will play a vital part in Ascenda’s product development cycle: from assessing client & customer needs to designing engaging UX for our internal product and enterprise rewards experiences.

You’ll be joining a team where we conceive, design and lead the development of high-quality creative work to support Ascenda’s various teams and initiatives. As a UX designer, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our product and project teams to launch and continuously improve the user experiences of new and existing reward solutions

**What you’ll do**
- Work closely with other UX and UI Designers, Product Owners and Software Engineers to develop the user experience for Ascenda’s rewards solutions.
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with our Product Owners and help translate these into well-written user stories & acceptance criteria.
- Develop and conduct user tests and drive meaningful changes to continuously enhance our products.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to guide design decisions.
- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and mid fidelity designs.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX challenges.
- Introduce and manage production processes to promote scalability and working smart.

**What we are looking for**:

- Your experience & skills_
- Bachelor or Diploma in design, or relevant field.
- 2 years experience as a UX designer.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your production skills and the ability to be highly creative.
- Proficient in design software, prototyping and wireframing tools (including Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, etc).
- Knowledge of responsive web design.
- Knowledge of user research, usability testing and accessibility standards.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Experience in working with clients.
- Your character & work ethic_
- A creator at heart with great design aesthetics, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate research into impactful design.
- Good people skills, including the ability to communicate concepts clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- A fast learner with a “get things done” attitude.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and be able to manage conflicting requirements from different stakeholders.

- Proficiency in UI design is a plus
