**The Role**:Senior Product Designer**

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of our product experiences. You’ll lead design initiatives across high-impact areas of our crypto exchange, mentoring other designers and partnering with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and compliance. You will define elegant solutions for complex trading and asset management workflows, contributing to both the tactical UX execution and long-term product thinking that drives our growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the end-to-end design process for key product areas—from problem framing and user research through wireframes, interaction design, prototyping, and final UI.
- Translate complex crypto, financial, and trading concepts into accessible experiences that serve both retail users and institutional clients.
- Drive strategic design decisions in partnership with cross-functional leads, balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
- Mentor and guide other designers through design critiques, feedback loops, and shared methodologies.
- Establish and evolve design standards, contributing to a scalable design system that supports a consistent product ecosystem.
- Champion user-centered thinking throughout the organization—bringing insights, empathy, and structured storytelling to every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design intent is faithfully implemented and iterate on designs post-launch based on real-world usage and feedback.
- Play a key role in hiring, onboarding, and scaling a world-class design team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Usability engineering experience/background will be an advantage.
- 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role; experience in fintech or crypto strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in designing complex systems, workflows, or dashboards for high-stakes environments (e.g., trading, finance, compliance).
- Strategic thinker with a systems design mindset—able to zoom out to define frameworks and patterns while sweating the UI details.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional settings; you inspire and influence without relying on authority.
- Expert in Figma, Canva, and modern design tools; comfortable with motion/interaction design, design systems, and responsive/mobile-first principles.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Swift, Android) to collaborate effectively with engineering.
- Deep curiosity about the crypto/web3 space, with the ability to translate fast-evolving concepts into coherent, user-friendly interfaces.
