Senior UX Designer – Singapore We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our ever‐expanding UX & Design team. This is a full‐time position based in Singapore and reports to the UX & Design Manager. You’ll be designing products that our users love to use not only because of the content we provide, but also because of how our products work and fit into their lives. Areas you might be working on include onboarding, content discovery, or monetization. Key Responsibilities Define and execute product strategy and roadmap with PM and data partners Map out user journeys and flows for different personas Translate user stories and insights into engaging experiences Present insights and rally the team to co‐create solutions Design and analyze workflows to support key business objectives driven by data and research Create design prototypes, micro‐interactions and transitions Conduct usability tests Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of professional UX Design experience, preferably with consumer products Experience designing solutions and design systems Creative problem‐solver with a unique perspective Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact with both technical and non‐technical people Experience working in start‐up and/or media company environments BS/MS in Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related field a plus Conversation skills in either Spanish or Portuguese for interviewing our global audience a plus Rakuten is an equal opportunity employer.
