Concierge Officer

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome clients as they enter and leave store
- Efficiently manage traffic by determining client needs
- Implement crowd control measures, such as regulating entry
- Engage clients (physical queue and in-store) who are waiting to be attended to
- Respond to expectations of tentative wait time
- Offer seating arrangements, reading materials or refreshments
- Demonstrate a general understanding of store layout, product offerings and in-store events
- Assist with directions and have good general knowledge of the surrounding areas of the store
**Requirements & Capabilities**:
- Strong communications skills, articulate clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent customer service skills, friendly, warm, gracious
- Proactive in attending to clients in a professional and polite manner
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Associates to ensure clients are attended to according to their pre-booked appointments or in the order of their arrival at the store
- Alert, attentive and able to anticipate client needs
- Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to commit to yearly contract role
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Holidays
- Late shift
- Shift system
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
