Private Concierge is a global luxury concierge and lifestyle management company serving ultra‐high‐net‐worth, C‐level executives, and family offices. We deliver white‐glove experiences across travel, wellness, real estate, and private events — blending exclusivity, precision, and personalization. We are expanding our private client division and seeking an experienced Client Acquisition Partner to help grow our UHNW client base through elite networking, relationship management, and strategic outreach — particularly on LinkedIn and other high‐net‐worth platforms. Role Overview This is a commission‐only, performance‐based role ideal for individuals with proven access to luxury networks, C‐suite relationships, or affluent circles. You will work directly with our executive team to identify, engage, and close new private clients for concierge and lifestyle services. You will earn a percentage of every successful client retainer , with significant earning potential and opportunities to grow into a leadership or equity‐based role. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential UHNW and C‐level clients through LinkedIn, personal introductions, and luxury business circles. Present Private Concierge's services with professionalism and discretion. Build and manage long‐term relationships with clients, family offices, and partner brands. Attend luxury events (virtual or in‐person) to network and represent the brand. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and VIP experiences. Report performance and conversion data weekly (remotely). Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in luxury client acquisition, private concierge, wealth management, private aviation, or luxury real estate. Strong LinkedIn presence or existing network of affluent contacts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills. Confident, polished, and able to speak credibly with high‐net‐worth individuals. Entrepreneurial and self‐motivated — comfortable in a performance‐driven environment. Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Thai, Russian, or French) are a plus. Compensation Commission only (performance‐based) : 25–30% of first‐year client retainer revenue. Additional bonuses for milestone clients (>$25,000 annual retainers). First month trial period: paid based on performance (per closed client). No fixed salary — ideal for individuals confident in their network and sales capability. Top performers may be invited for equity or partnership track roles.
