About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Client Acquisition Manager (Offshore Banking). In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new offshore banking clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and convert high-potential leads, ensuring the company's offshore banking services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of our valued clients. What you'll be doing Proactively identify and qualify new lead opportunities for offshore banking services Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into new client acquisitions Maintain a robust pipeline of potential offshore banking clients and monitor their progress through the sales cycle Collaborate with the product and service teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and addressed Provide exceptional client service and build strong, lasting relationships with offshore banking customers Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional campaigns to raise awareness of offshore banking offerings Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for new offshore banking client acquisitions What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a client acquisition or sales role within the banking or financial services industry In-depth understanding of offshore banking products and services, as well as the regulatory landscape in the SEA region.
